Buyers of LABhaus homes can choose to build on their own property, builder-held property, or, in the very near future, any number of LABhaus-designated communities.
The primary objective of LABhaus is to deliver the highest quality, best designed, and most sustainable homes possible at the most affordable price possible to the buying public. Compared with competing modern modular homes from other manufacturers, LABhaus homes are priced as much as 25-60% less than similar homes. Even with the breadth of luxury amenities and sustainable engineering, LABhaus homes are as much as 15-25% more affordable than conventional builder-grade homes. LABhaus homes are built to exacting standards, under strict climate controls, and using the finest components. But the efficiency of advanced factory construction, a class-leading supply chain, and a financial model which eliminates unnecessary mark-up means that home-buyers can live the modern dream while still having money left over to enjoy it.
In keeping with the objective of making modern housing more accessible, all LABhaus homes are offered with suggested retail pricing to to guide consumers and help them understand the true cost of ownership. While the end price is ultimately controlled by the builder, this price represents our suggested sales price for the complete home, in place on a crawlspace foundation, with typical utility hook-ups. Site conditions, material upgrades, and the cost of land will be unique to each LABhaus home.
The LABhaus model line offers an ever-expanding range of homes from 382 sq ft guest cottages to luxurious five-bedroom showpieces and homes can be delivered in as little as 120 days. In an effort to ensure maximum value and service, LABhaus homes are available through premier regional partners. These partners are able to high quality LABhaus homes on any build-able lot in their service area and have many attractive financing options available.
CUSTOM HOMES
LABhaus offers full custom design services through select builder partners as part of the LABhaus Bespoke program. The design fee for a LABhaus custom design is based upon the size of the home and ranges from $5,950 to $11,950. Construction costs for a custom LABhaus home are comparable to the cost of a comparable standard LABhaus model.
PRICING
LABhaus homes are sold as turn-key homes. The home-buyer need only finish the floors, landscape, and choose any custom wall finishes to add a personal touch. Pricing varies based upon region, site conditions, and individual options chosen. In general, complete LABhaus homes cost between $120/ft and $150/ft.
