MODEL OFFERING

LABhaus offers three consumer and one commercial model line.   The ios model line offers elegant lifestyle homes ranging from 382-828 sq ft.  Ios homes offer the luxury and sophistication of larger LABhaus homes, but in a compact package suitable for recreational or seasonal use.   The inFill model line offers a range of town homes and single-family homes designed to fit on narrow lots, which still retaining a sense of connection to the landscape.  The ecoVilla model line offers iconic modern luxury homes designed for generous family living.   The Hamptons Villas have been exclusively designed for construction in Suffolk County, NY, otherwise known as Long Island’s legendary East End.  These custom homes range in size from 3,305 sq ft to 6,185 and are either available paired with some of the country’s most desirable recreational property or can be built on the customer’s own lot.  The ecoMunity line offers a range of custom options for institutional and commercial clients looking to create multi-family and mixed-use communities.

BESPOKE DESIGN

LABhaus additionally offers flat-fee modification services of existing plans as well as fully custom design through the ‘Bespoke’ program.  Most LABhaus clients have chosen to take advantage of the Bespoke program, in order to maximize the value of their LABhaus home.  The terms of the Bespoke program are market-specific.  Please select the appropriate region under the ‘purchase’ menu above to find out more about Bespoke LABhaus design programs available in your area.
