The first floor plan offers 1100 sq ft of interior space, a 469 sq ft over-sized 2-car garage, and formal and informal spaces. Both the formal living room and expansive family/dining/kitchen area offer 4-panel sliders leading to structural balconies.
The second floor gallery serves as the folcrum of the house. The dramatic space connects the first and seconds floors and creates separation between the master bedroom and office and the two family bedrooms.
